Each Day We Invite, Tonight We Celebrate
It has been a little over three years since we placed our signature under the act that led to the startup of Crunch Analytics. Three years that went by in a blink of an eye, each year with its own highs and lows. Each year, growing more and more appreciative.
Appreciative of the fact that we, Laurent & Louis-Philippe met by coincidence. Introduced by a good friend that thought “these two people need to meet, instantly”. A good friend that understood how compatible we are with one another. Laurent using the experience he acquired rising the ranks of McKinsey & Linkedin, becoming ever more aware of the shift towards data-driven decision-making & data monetisation. Louis-Philippe, finishing his PhD at Ghent University, highly-skilled in machine learning, advanced analytics and the possibilities of AI, keen on implementing tools in a business environment.
Appreciative that we were able to find gifted people with the intrinsic motivation to do wonderful things with data. People that truly believe in data-driven organisations, equipped with tools that work for the people that have to use them, enabling them to make better decisions, automate decision-making and have a lasting impact. People that are eager to learn and share knowledge so their colleagues can learn as well. Young passionate men & women that have been crafting - little by little - a unique Crunch DNA.
Appreciative towards our clients, the smaller & the larger ones. They opened their doors for us, willing to listen. They opened up their databases, willing to let us show how we can create impact. They enabled us to grow organically, becoming better at what we do, day by day.
Appreciative of the fact that we have been surrounded by so many helpful friends and family. People that have shared their knowledge or opened up their networks. People that have been advocating what we do and how we do it, what opened so many doors. People that have been one phone call or one conversation away when in doubt or confronted with difficulties.
Tonight we were unable to invite all of them, to celebrate the start of our next chapter. We do hope to welcome them in our new home, our office at the Rodelijvekensstraat. The place where we will continue to plot fabulous plans that enable Crunch Analytics to grow beyond borders, serving ever more thankful customers, providing more spots for eager passionate co-workers.
We’ll always have a cold one ready in the fridge,
Cheers,
Louis-Philippe & Laurent
