Account Executive (BE/NL)

As an Account Executive at Crunch Analytics you will get in touch, build relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor with C-level stakeholders of Europe's top tier retailers. You will work on the forefront of advanced analytics and AI, and help retailers to really move the needle using these technologies. Next to this, you will be a highly valued team member, propelling the engine of a high-growth (+100% YoY) scale-up.

Key responsibilities

  • Get in touch with C-level stakeholders of ambitious, bold and preferably (high-)growing mid- to large-size retailers;
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought partner to C-level stakeholders of mid- to large-size retailers;
  • Establish meaningful and productive relationships with C-level stakeholders of mid- to large-size retailers;
  • Advise the stakeholders on the opportunities of advanced analytics and AI, especially in Retail & FMCG;
  • Understand the objectives and challenges of a specific stakeholder, and create a tailored value proposition;
  • Convince the stakeholders of the value of the value proposition, set and negotiate pricing and close the deal;
  • Stay up-to-speed with the dynamics in these given markets and the role advanced analytics & AI plays in these dynamics;
  • Convey learnings from conversations with stakeholders to the marketing team.

Your profile

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have a strong understanding of and passion for digital products and/or retail/FMCG
  • You have experience in structuring and negotiating complex deals
  • You have excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • You have a positive attitude and take plenty of initiative
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
  • You feel comfortable with speaking in public
  • You have a very strong drive, lots of energy and a go-getter mentality
  • You naturally convey trust
  • You are an assertive closer, you drive the deal home
