Pharmapets is an online pet pharmacy active in BE, NL & FR. Offering more than 5000 items in its assortment, maintaining an agile pricing strategy with swift yet consistent changes across all channels is challenging.

Like every other retailer, the company has been confronted by the increasing price sensitivity of customers, especially due to the equally increased competition, both online & offline.

This transformation to an international omnichannel environment has made it challenging to uphold profitability. As a retailer, you want to attract customers, yet pricing items too low can cut deep in margins.

On top of that, there is the increased complexity that the current omnichannel experience introduces. For some items, you'd like to keep prices consistent across channels but update them frequently when circumstances change.
